Kim Yip Tong est une jeune artiste multidisciplinaire mauricienne, formée à Paris et Londres. Entre peintures et installations digitales, l’art de Kim Yip Tong est toujours en ‘mouvement’. Ses toiles sont une immersion colorée dans la nature et une invitation à l’émerveillement. L’artiste a participé à de nombreux festivals, comme le célèbre Sonar de Barcelone ou encore Porlwi by Nature à Maurice. Elle a déjà organisé deux expositions solo à Londres. Récemment, Kim Yip Tong était au programme du festival LA ISLA 2068 (photo) avec l’artiste RYMD, pour un ‘live painting’ collaboratif avec les enfants de l’école d’alphabétisation de Fatima.
